Pricing Statement

We do not list prices on our website for very special reasons. We are a custom mat company. We want to assist you in creating the very best mat possible. In order to do that, it is sometimes necessary to define your specific needs and criteria. Because “everyone is different” we recommend what we believe would suit your individual need. Feel free to contact Beach Peeps for any questions or concerns you might have or to get prices on any of our products. We are excited to help you solve your matting needs.

Proofing Process

A virtual proof will be emailed within 3-4 business days after receipt of artwork. Minor modifications can be made to designs prior to the confirmation of your order at no charge. To make changes, please contact customer service and reference a specific design number.

Image Size and Placement

The image size and placement is determined on the type of product and size of the logo. Minor modifications may be made in order to meet our manufacturing requirements. Please carefully review the virtual proof to ensure accuracy of your order.

Packaging

All orders will be shipped via the most cost effective means. Smaller orders will be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS and larger orders will be shipped via truck-line carriers.

All orders can be dropped shipped. For individual boxes going to multiple locations, a $5.00 handling fee will be added per box.

Material Specifications

All mat products have a 1%-3% variation in sizes due to normal variance in production.
When requesting a PMS color match, please note that we will match colors as closely as possible.

Returned Goods

Any returned goods must have a return authorization number. There is a 20% restocking charge plus freight charges for all non-logo products. Logo mats that have been custom designed are non-refundable .
